Longer uv and annealing line to be assured the physical property is more stable

In UV and annealing process, controlling the temperature of outlet of annealing line is the key for annealing process, BEAUTY FLOORING be assured that the temperature of outlet of annealing line is the stable, at the same time, the longest annealing line (over 100 meter) is to make sure that the physical property is more stable, that is to say, the shrinking and curving is less.  From punching process, BEAUTY FLOORING start to do the second process for self-inspection, when the semi-finished product after annealing process is punching, when some products have some quality problems like each layer of semi-finished products is separated and the dirt onto the surface of semi-finished products, all of these products will be selected and then be disposal into the smash machines.
