SPC & LVT Production Capability
Our SPC and LVT flooring products are manufactured on dedicated production lines, each designed for specific product structures and performance requirements.
SPC flooring is produced through a continuous extrusion process, followed by precision grooving, quality inspection, and automated packing to ensure stable core structure and consistent quality.
LVT flooring is manufactured through hot pressing and punching processes, with additional UV surface treatment and back coating lamination to enhance surface durability and installation performance. Loose lay vinyl flooring is produced as part of our LVT flooring system, with controlled structural stability and surface performance to support flexible installation options while maintaining dimensional stability and long-term performance for commercial and project-based applications.
